Position: President, CEO and Director
Mr. Davis joined the Condor board of directors as an independent director prior to its initial public offering in 2006. At that time, he was providing corporate finance, advisory, and management services to public companies. In July 2013 he was appointed CEO. Mr. Davis previously worked in corporate finance with Ernst & Young, and C.M. Oliver and Company, both in Vancouver, and prior thereto, with the Vancouver Stock Exchange. He has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Mr. Davis is the Chairman and a director of Giga Metals Corporation (formerly Hard Creek Nickel), and a director of Claren Energy Corp.

Position: Vice President Exploration
Mr. Marquez is an exploration geologist with a brilliant 26 year career in mineral exploration. He joined Condor from Newmont Peru Limited, where he held the position of Senior leader Exploration Geologist for the Andes of South America, and was recognized by Newmont as the recipient of their prestigious and highest global distinction "Exploration 2006 Discovery Recognition Award" for his discovery of the Breapampa-Andrea high grade gold-silver mine in southern Peru. His track record is an impressive one. He was also part of the discovery team of the Rio Blanco Cu-Mo porphyry deposit in Peru for Newcrest Mining. A Peruvian national, Mr. Marquez obtained his Engineering Geology degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima. In addition to Peru, Mr. Marquez has worked extensively along the Andes in Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and the US, and brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the Condor Resources team.

Position: Corporate Secretary and Director
Mr. Scott is an associate of McCullough O'Connor Irwin LLP, and the former principal of VECTOR Corporate Finance Lawyers. Mr. Scott practices corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on securities law and mining law. He represents many Canadian public companies which are listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, in addition to clients in the corporate finance business. Called to the bar in 1981, Mr. Scott is listed as "consistently recommended" in the area of Mining in LEXPERT.CA, a directory of Canadian lawyers based on a survey of the legal community. In addition, he is listed in The International Who's Who of Mining Lawyers published by London-based Law Business Research Ltd.
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Younie has been the Manager, Corporate Finance and Accounting since 2006, with the New Dawn Group, an investment and financial consulting firm located in Vancouver, B.C., and a Director and/or Officer of various TSXV listed companies. New Dawn is primarily involved in corporate finance, merchant banking and administrative management of public companies. Prior to joining New Dawn, Mr. Younie held accounting positions at private and public companies including Ashton Mining of Canada, Inc. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Tyner Resources Ltd. and Gstaad Capital Corporation.
