Position: CEO and Director
Mr. Davis is the principal of Ellardee Group Capital Inc., a firm he founded to provide corporate finance, advisory, and management services to public companies. He previously worked in the corporate finance divisions of Ernst & Young and C.M. Oliver and Company, both in Vancouver, and prior thereto, with the Vancouver Stock Exchange. He has a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. Mr. Davis is the Chairman and a director of Hard Creek Nickel Corporation, and a director of Lock + Load Retaining Walls Ltd.

Mr. Burns is a Canadian exploration geologist who has resided for more than 30 years in Latin America, working in a wide range of countries including Chile, Argentina, Brasil, Peru, Nicaragua, Cuba, Haiti and the Domincan Republic. During his 17 years in Chile, he was directly involved in the grass roots discovery of La Escondida, the world's largest copper mine, as well as the Escondida Norte and Zaldivar porphyry copper deposits and was the first Project Manager of all three. He is also credited with the discovery of the +1M ounce San Cristobal gold deposit in northern Chile and was a part of the Sustut copper deposit discovery team while with Falconbridge in northern B.C.
Mr. Burns has significant experience in managing junior resource companies in Latin America, maintains an extensive South American contact base and speaks Spanish fluently. Mr. Burns has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Honours Geology from the University of British Columbia, and is a member of the Instituto de Ingenieros de Minas de Chile (Institute of Chilean Mining Engineers).

Position: Vice President Exploration
Mr. Marquez is an exploration geologist with a brilliant 17 year career in mineral exploration. He joins Condor from Newmont Peru Limited, where he held the position of Senior Exploration Geologist for the Andes of South America, and was recognized by Newmont as the recipient of their prestigious and highest distinction "Exploration 2006 Discovery Recognition Award" for his discovery of the Breapampa-Andrea high grade gold-silver district in southern Peru. His track record is an impressive one. He was also part of the discovery team of the Rio Blanco Cu-Mo porphyry deposit in Peru for Monterrico Metals PLC. A Peruvian national, Mr. Marquez obtained his Engineering Geology degree from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima. In addition to Peru, Mr. Marquez has worked extensively in Chile, Argentina, Ecuador and the US, and brings a wealth of experience to the Condor Resources team.

Position: Corporate Secretary and Director
Mr. Scott is the principal of VECTOR Corporate Finance Lawyers and practices corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on securities law and mining law. He represents many Canadian public companies which are listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, in addition to clients in the corporate finance business. Called to the bar in 1981, Mr. Scott is listed as "consistently recommended" in the area of Mining in LEXPERT.CA, a directory of Canadian lawyers based on a survey of the legal community. In addition, he is listed in The International Who's Who of Mining Lawyers published by London-based Law Business Research Ltd.

Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Watt is a Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of business experience. He serves as Chief Financial Officer for two other Canadian public junior mining companies with exploration programs in Latin America. Mr. Watt has provided financial and tax consulting services to both public and private companies, and has consulted to foreign filers with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. Mr. Watt earned a B.A. with a Major in Economics.
